2. Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled through our website calendar or intake form.
You agree to:

Provide accurate project details

Ensure safe access to the work area

Have someone 18+ present during service

Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations

If incorrect information is provided, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

3. Pricing & Payment

Pricing may be:

Per-item

Hourly

Project-based

Adjusted for complexity, travel, or add-ons

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your service.

Cancellation fees may apply if appointments are canceled without adequate notice.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Ensure items are delivered and ready for assembly (unless planned otherwise)

Verify all parts/hardware are included

Provide a safe, clean workspace

Secure pets or hazards during service

Inform us of stairs, tight spaces, or access limitations

We are not responsible for delays caused by missing parts, damaged items, or unsafe conditions.

5. Damage & Liability

We take great care with every service.
However, you acknowledge that:

We are not liable for manufacturer defects

We are not liable for damage caused by faulty parts, poor instructions, or pre-existing conditions

We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse after installation

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. TV Mounting & Wall Installations

You acknowledge that:

Wall materials must be accurately represented

Hidden pipes/wiring may pose risk

Studs, anchoring, and weight limits must be respected

If unexpected structural issues arise, we may decline or reschedule the service.

7. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number or email, you consent to:

SMS reminders

Email confirmations

Service updates

AI-generated or automated responses

You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

8. Use of AI Tools

We use AI tools to:

Assist with scheduling

Provide customer support

Generate or summarize communication

Improve service efficiency

You acknowledge that AI-generated messages are used to help manage service requests and may not be reviewed by a human immediately.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule by contacting us.
Fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.

If we must reschedule due to safety, access, or missing parts, we will notify you promptly.

10. Warranty & Satisfaction

We guarantee workmanship quality.
If something isn’t right, notify us within 48 hours and we will address it.

We do not guarantee durability of products themselves.

11. Limitation of Liability
